Basement information.
I will answer all your questions and I will volunteer a lot more information I think you need to know. I will look through everything you provide, such as drawings and reports, I will give you my opinion upon and explain to you what other people are recommending and I will help you decide whether your basement idea is viable. And I will give you a budget figure as best I can.
I try to be as useful as I can be.
All for a one-off fee of £199.
This is a limitless service. Some clients come back with more questions years later. They have paid. All their questions get answered as well as I can.
But please note, this is not the fee for me to join your design team.
Every email you send will be answered as fully as I can and to the best of my knowledge and experience. I usually attach and refer to photos I took on my 100 plus basements I built or help build. I will draw a diagram just for you if it's necessary to explain a point.

Frankly, the £199 service is the cheapest way there is to find out whether you should probably not go ahead or how you should go ahead if it looks like your dreams fit your budget.
Some still-hopeful self builders who have paid the £199 fee still ask questions occasionally some years later. And they still get a thorough answer - as long as the question still relates to the original basement scheme and not anything outside that scheme.

- How you will get a totally dry basement without any internal drainage, sump or pump.
- Deciding on the floor over your basement.

You can make a better decision sooner and get more excited or get over your disappointment more easily if you get my independent advice cheaply and quickly compared to biased advice from a company interested only in selling its service or a chartered professional who wants hundreds of pounds for every hour and keeps you waiting weeks till he gets around to you.
If your scheme is a bad idea I will explain why. This is what one customer wrote back to me:
